I started this after advising my husband to use the gum health formula. I wanted something that would help my overall oral health and came across this anti-caries formula. It tastes fresh and minty (but not mint-spicy) and makes me feel like I'm taking a good step towards improving my oral health. The formula doesn't burn my mouth with its taste like other mouthwashes. The liquid is clear and contains no artificial flavors or colors. Vegan and gluten free. Contains fluorine! My cons are mainly the price (it's quite expensive, but it's almost the hallmark of this mouthwash line) and the fact that it's not the best option for travel due to the fact that it comes in rather large bottles. Although I can just put some in a small travel jar, it's an easy fix. If you feel like your mouthwash isn't working enough (or is too minty) and wasting a little extra isn't a detriment, I'd recommend everyone to give it a try!
