Terrible coffee. on coffee

So bitter and disgusting I couldn't even drink it and I'm a 20 year veteran who's had enough of bad coffee from around the world. Tried the recommended amount for 6 ounces of water and it was so bitter I couldn't drink it. I reduced it by half for a second cup and it was still too bitter, I reduced it to 1/2 teaspoon and it was still too bitter to try. outrageously bad.
