Easy to install and works great!
I was in a minor accident which caused the passenger side mirror to move out of my car. I ordered this replacement which came with a pad. Since my car doesn't have power mirrors, I taped the adjustment knob to keep it stable. After the mirror was immobilized, the mirror snapped directly into the mount after a slight push. It works just like my old one and I'm very happy with it.
