Every time the cartridge has leaked on my hands, the printer, the printer stand, the carpet and now my office chair. I have used many brand name inks in the past and have never had this problem. Currently my arms are painted black and I'm trying to process my chair but it's not working. I've tried everything, wrapping the cartridges in paper towels and carefully opening them. The problem, however, is that when you try to remove the orange cap, ink spills out of it. Right now I have 2/3 of the box left and am considering just throwing it away and ordering another brand, that will be cheaper than ruining more things in my office.
