WOW ! They have a Hoover Max Extract machine, All Terran, this Hoover Petplus 2x product is amazing, with two poodles the urine stain was removed in 5 passes, all stains were gone, and he also used the usual clean shampoo all over the carpet . I used regular Hoover shampoo bar and was about to give up until I discovered that urine is unique and harder to remove. I used warm water, not hot; this also seems to work better. MY Opinion is a very real, researched and pragmatically applied process. I'm an all Italian freak, this shampoo made me smile. Now I need more puppies! :)
