Review on Calphalon Classic Pots and Pans Set: 10 Piece Nonstick Cookware with No Boil-Over Inserts by Paul Abs

We were delighted to receive this set to replace the salt cabbage pans we have been collecting for years. But 6 months later I really regret that we didn't shop at the local store and spend money on something permanent. The non-stick coating on the pan pictured has been failing for weeks and I have not heard from Calphalon's customer service/warranty department about a replacement. The other pots in the set haven't run out yet, but I think they will. We have taken great care to use the right utensils, gently hand clean and never scratch the surface with anything. I have worked in professional kitchens and know exactly how to take care of pans like this, very disappointed.
