Fast shredded cheese

Fresh grated cheese is night and day better than store bought pre-shredded, the little extra effort is worth it.It will take longer to setup and clean, it will grate a full 1# block of cheese (using blocks small enough to fit in) in seconds.Cleaning is the not bad if you do it within a few hours of using before cheese hardens.Suction works great but it’s never locked in long, the shredder doesn’t need long to shred.
