Covers all the basic functions without having to install an app like some newer routers do. It's not dumb and allows for port forwarding etc. It has the typical wireless modes you would expect such as. B. a NAT router and a simple wireless access point. It didn't seem to have wireless client mode to connect to an existing wireless network. It performed well in terms of speed and range in my apartment. It handled my wired internet at 300Mbps with no issues. This is a relatively new brand and they don't seem to have a place to download firmware updates yet. Security paranoiacs may want to wait for updates and how quickly security issues are fixed.
