I like that it works with several applications. I use it for risk management, but also for efficiency improvement. It can be used as a standalone tool or in conjunction with other tools such as Oracle Risk Manager. It is not easy to set up the data collection. The documentation could be clearer. I would like to see an option to configure different thresholds of alerts per risk type (like risk category). Also, there are a few functions missing, e.g. no direct export into OPM3. We have multiple ERM-Systems, we use it to get insights into our workflow, which risks exist and how often they occur.
