Review on PowerDeWise by Dexter Pullen

The PowerDeWise website immediately pleased me as a non-native speaker looking for a wide variety of high-quality audio equipment. Unfortunately, working with them was a major letdown for me. Although the products were described in detail, I had a hard time navigating the website to find what I was searching for. When I contacted customer service, I received a slow and unhelpful answer that only added to my frustration and confusion. When my order eventually arrived, I discovered that the microphone I had ordered was subpar. Poor build quality and mediocre audio were obvious. My time spent with PowerDeWise was, on the whole, disappointing. They may have a decent name in the business, but I was disappointed by both their customer service and the quality of their products. Unfortunately, my time here was not as smooth and pleasant as I had hoped it would be as a foreigner.
