Perfect for teens and beginners.

Purchased for my 16 yr old son who talked about lifting weights. I already had the weights when I use to work out decades ago. This weight bench is perfect for teens and starters. Sturdy enough to last for years. He was impressed with all the multi-functions (i.e. Flat bench, Incline bench, Curls, Legs, etc). The proof this bench was the right choice - he went from talking about lifting weights to actually using this bench on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

I like that it dosen't take up too much space.

Cons

The bench may not be suitable for heavier weight-lifting routines, limiting its versatility for more experienced gym-goers
