Very heavy, awkward to use and handle, my hands aren't big enough to simultaneously press the center button and constantly slide the slide switch to the knife control position. not close enough together to get a clean cut on everything I was trying to cut. I couldn't even cut the rib without a few tries. I ordered a Chefman knife as shown in my order inventory but it was the Chefman brand, the brand name on the box was NOT Chefman - although I didn't save the box, the brand name on the box began with a V. the knife itself does not look like the knife shown in the photos on your website. very disappointed.
