Do not refer to the Revain image when ordering this product. The teapot is simply wrapped in a plastic bag and placed in a loose-fitting cardboard box. There is no packaging material. When it reaches you it will be shaking in that box and looking very worn. The photo I have attached is of a newly discovered and never used item. I actually sent my first one back because I was sure it had been used. Features work well, at an average level, and the automatic shutdown will likely turn it off sooner than you'd like. So if you are looking for an item that looks like it has had regular use over the past 5 years and has done an average job then this is perfect for you.
