Got this as a gift in 2015. It finally bit the dust a few months ago when my mom, not understanding how to refill it, managment to pull the metal off the plastic underneath(?!). We all liked it so much we got exactly the same one to replace it. Really controls the grind size with a dial. Easy to refill despite my mom's hulk-like prying the metal off. it just unscrews from the clear plastic cylinder. After multiple times being dropped on the floor, it didn't crack or break. Worked great for almost 7 years of being used multiple times a day every day. Also saves space since both salt and pepper are on the same grinder and not taking up two separate spots on the table.
