This humidifier is very easy to fill and use. Simply remove the lid, drop the water into the water, turn the dial and you're in business. Or maybe not if you have the problem I have. My problem is that the tank might be full but my humidifier isn't working. There is a small lever under the tank, which when there is water in the bowl and the tank is inserted, must push the lever onto the small handle at the bottom of the tank, which allows the water in the tank to fill the bowl. Except that my little lever doesn't want to do its job. So every few hours I have to go in, lift the tank, squeeze the handle myself to pour some water into a bowl, and then put the tank back again. Too MUCH water and the humidifier doesn't work so I have to empty and restart. It's LOW water and I have to raise the tank again, pour more water into the bowl and try again until I get it right. Then come back and repeat after a few hours because the plate isn't full. I'm tempted to glue the lever in place or something because it's a bit annoying. Trying other ways.
