In general - a great investment in yourself, not only in quarantine, but in general! Health is the main asset and must be maintained. With such a chair, I don’t think about the fact that something hurts or gets numb, I am completely focused on work.

Pros

+ Appearance is quite solid. + But the main thing is convenience! For me, this is the first ergonomic chair and I immediately realized the difference compared to a regular chair - no back pain at the end of the day! The body does not become numb after prolonged sitting. I consider this a great investment in myself and my health during quarantine (and beyond!). + It's more than convenient to assemble - 6 parts, stick one into another and you're done. There was previously a much more costly experience of collecting another conventional computer. chairs, there is something to compare! + Leans back and you can sit and meditate, relaxing your neck muscles

Cons

Maybe a little expensive, but I saw chairs and more expensive. For me personally, the first chair of this class and so far there are no serious comments.
