Review on 🔗 Organize and Conquer: Belkin 8’’ Cable Ties - 6-Pack for Tidier Spaces by Andy Hearshman

I have used these hook and loop tapes and similar hook and loop tapes from other manufacturers for several years to secure cables for computer systems, networking systems and entertainment systems around my home. Before I discovered Velcro cable ties, I used plastic cable ties where you thread one end through a hole in the other end, pull it all the way down, and cut off the "tail". What I didn't like about plastic zip ties, however, is that they cannot be reused and must be cut open to remove. It's not a problem if you rarely mess with your devices and cables, but in my case, I regularly upgrade, move, fix, or throw something out. That meant regularly cutting a bunch of plastic cable ties, getting new ones, and re-taping everything I first feared and then hated. Velcro cable ties make this much easier. It's a bit of a special skill to learn how to wrap these things around a bunch of cords and tighten them down, but once you get the hang of it it's very easy and you can really tighten them up if you want to. I've never had them lose on their own so they're very reliable too. Basically I would recommend this type of cable tie to anyone and this particular product from Belkin has worked well for me.
