You don't have to mess with it over and over to get only a few drops. You can write Comfortably and it won't pour or make a mess. I like how you can also see the ink from the inside of the pens. That's cool too. I got the ultra fine and regular double side ones. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. Can use them on any material. I was editing a jewelery box I had drawings from before. I was surprised it went on smoothly because the texture was kind of rough so I am impressed and happy. You wouldn't be disappointed guaranteed.
