We bought this 3 months ago (big mistake). We love this company so we didn't hesitate to buy this product from them. But we were so wrong. Here's a breakdown of why it's a terrible design: 1. You can't clean the inside at all. Gets slimy and moldy. 2. You can't put a sink under the sink, so you have to pour water from the jug over it to fill it up. 3. When turning on, the machine will beep and can wake up the baby. 4. When it is empty at night, there will be a bright blue light and a loud buzzer, which can also wake up your baby, touch the blue light will turn on, which can also wake up your sleeping child. Taken together, these shortcomings make us want to just throw these machines away, but they were quite expensive. You'd think that a company so progressive and focused on parents would have figured out these horrific flaws before production began. In general: save your money!
