Great tool for tracking customer interactions
The ability to see how your customers interact with you, what they are interested in.
It also helps with reporting as well as making sure all campaigns have been successful. I wish there was some way of seeing exactly who has viewed/clicked on an ad or link within our website so that we could track those individuals more closely down the line. We've had very few problems overall, however it's good to keep up-to-date with any new developments so that we can adapt accordingly! Tracking user interaction across different channels - beacons and websites.

- Analytics showing where clicks happen most often at various points throughout customer journeys.
- Ease when sending out emails through email automation tool
- Campaign management software is easy..and intuitive
