This gel did not convince me. I used it once today and came back the same day. The gel has a very fine (hydrogen peroxide) and unpleasant taste. I could not bear it. The instructions say to apply the gel to clean teeth, avoiding the gums, which is almost impossible, and not rinsing your mouth for at least an hour. It's impossible to keep this gel for that long without rinsing your mouth and I don't know what other substances are in the mix if you swallow the gel. Will probably use a similar product I bought from QVC (blue pen in the pictures). This blue ballpoint pen has all the information imprinted with a mint flavor.
