Review on 🐈 Feline Friends Laurel Burch Shoulder Zipper Top, 19x5x15-Inch by Dawn Burg

I am very concerned about this item. Although this is a beautiful bag, it is not the bag advertised in the photo or description. The cats are the same, the sizes of the bags are the same, but there is no painted cat bead on the handles. And the handles are not twisted, but flat, and then just twisted in the place of the handle. It's just a completely different bag! I don't want to return or refund, I want the bag as advertised! And I've read that this has happened to other people too. This is totally unacceptable for this respected company and I'm sure Laurel Birch will be very unhappy as well. I don't recommend you to buy this bag as you don't know what you will get!
