Bought a pair of lenses in July 2017, lenses were great, polarization was great, no problems. However, as of 8/2018 they started to delaminate so I contacted Revant for a replacement. Customer service was excellent, I got my lenses replaced straight away. A year later, on 7/2019, the lenses flaked off again. The support team were again helpful but admitted they were aware of the delamination issue and tried to sell me more rather than offering a replacement. They ended up doing the replacement but said it would be the last time as it had already happened twice which is not the wisest policy in my opinion. Overall, I am disappointed that they are aware of these issues in Enhanced Lens and are not taking steps to fix them. Customer service has been great but doesn't really help me as I go through a number of lenses each year. Will buy directly from Oakley in the future, the saved frontend costs were not worth it in the end.
