I've used an ES12 for a number of years on the range - the unit was fine but I always suspected the numbers were a bit off. I decided to give the SC300 a try after hearing about it from My Golf Spy and have been very happy with the performance so far. Aside from a couple bad shots, it picked up everything on the range and seemed within +/- 2-5 yards on my club distances.Was nervous from other reviewers experience with Android, but I have a samsung galaxy S7 and have not had any problems with the app. The website to sign up for the app was a little difficult to use, but I contacted the Play Better Store and they helped me resolve the issue (I buy from their store often and they have awesome customer service!). They mentioned that the app is relatively new, so maybe other users had an older version of the app?Overall, it seems like most of the focus with the SC300 went into data over design or frills. The unit itself is not very pretty but I've been impressed with the swing data so far. Will update my review in a few months!
