They work, but not for long.
Self-adhesive anti-slip nose pads are great for wide plastic glasses, but they only last a month at most before they start falling off. Once it does, it leaves a sticky residue that needs to be wiped off. Rubber ear loops are not suitable for owners of long hair: they catch strands and pull. Overall not bad.
