Which, in fact, was quite a lot of complaints from users. In general, the main difference is that this model has improved the cleaning mechanism and it has become similar to that of Dyson vacuum cleaners. Although Dyson does it better. I speak as the owner of a Dyson V10. In general, this is a very worthy device - you do not need to hold down the button when the vacuum cleaner is running - turn it on, set the speed, vacuum (again, compared to Dyson, which requires you to hold the button to work). Two batteries are included, which at the second speed are enough for 35-40 minutes of cleaning. And which can be changed if their characteristics deteriorate in the future. Although if you alternate them from time to time, then they do not lose much resource. At least according to the experience of using A9MULTICARE 2022, which I have been using for almost a year. There are all the necessary nozzles - for hard surfaces, for carpets, a small nozzle of which is very convenient to vacuum a bed or sofa. There is a stand for floor storage of the vacuum cleaner, but you can also mount it on the wall. The vacuum cleaner is quite maneuverable, the nozzle for hard surfaces, in principle, crawls almost everywhere. On the other hand, a vacuum cleaner will not crawl under a low-standing sofa, because the height of the base will not allow it. If we talk about the quality of cleaning, then I'm quite satisfied with it. At least there is no feeling that you are walking on the sand after cleaning with this vacuum cleaner. The main thing is to choose the right nozzle. Of the minuses, I did not quite understand why wi-fi is needed. Well, that is, I understand why the manufacturer added it, but as for me it’s a rather useless thing. And the second point is that at first the vacuum cleaner does not seem very convenient because of the center of gravity, but after a couple of weeks you get used to it. The main thing is to correctly set the length of the tube, which can be adjusted if I'm not mistaken in 4 positions.
