Love this skirt. I usually wear a size 12 and ordered a large. It fits well, but it rises as you walk, so if that's a deal breaker, don't take it. I ordered 5 different colors and they all fit the same. They're skinny, but just wear dark underwear and you'll be fine. I wore black and put on a black thong so there were no wrinkles in the panties and you couldn't see that there was a thong underneath. I don't know if you can see through the others as I haven't worn them yet and didn't think to look at them trying them on, but if so I'm just wearing black seamless underwear instead of a thong
