Just wanted to warn everyone that this toy is not safe! Twice my GCC had metal poisoning, the first time I went straight to the vet and started metal chelation. Second time. Just two days ago my GCC wasn't so lucky, it was after work and I couldn't find an open bird vet. Do not believe me? Do the test yourself, stick a magnet to it, if it attracts, then it's not stainless steel. It's covered in stainless steel, but once a bird cracks it open and swallows it, if not dealt with promptly, it will die! My GCC died two days ago after only 6 hours. Please check all your metals, metal poisoning is fatal to all birds. My children and I are very upset and sad. I highly doubt this is made in the USA! Most of the cages we use are not stainless steel, they are plated, but most birds don't play with cages. I will buy HCL tonight and test the bells. The fact of the matter is that the parts are made in China and the entire toy is made in the USA like everything else.
