It was easy to set up, it is very customizable for our needs (we use Salesforce), plus we love how many options are available in terms of different types of leads that they supply us with daily/weekly etc.

There can be some delay times between when you log into your account or email them through support if something goes wrong during data entry from one day - sometimes even more than 24 hours later so make sure this isn't an issue for you since all your information will not always show right away until someone logs back in after several days have passed. We were able to streamline our process by creating custom fields within their system which allowed us greater flexibility once certain steps had been completed manually before.
