I would say whatever size you usually go order one size up as these will run a bit tight if you order your normal size as they are elastane. I ordered a small once and it fit too tight and there was no room to breathe so I ordered a size up which is medium and it fits perfectly, the length is perfect and it hugs my biceps and the material is Great
