I had to take my pants apart at the seams, they were too big. As expected, I also had to shorten my trousers. I also rolled up the sleeves, which was a little tricky because there were buttons and a crease. Shirt and tie were fine. In other clothes my grandson is 7 or 8. To be honest he is a bit skinny. I chose 8 because it's better to be a little big than too small. Using the size chart on the website the bust size seems wrong for my 7 year old grandson or my 3 year old grandson. I had to buy 7 and 8 and send back the one that doesn't fit.
