I ordered a size larger and it fit perfect. There are several vertical and horizontal rows of hooks and loops to adjust it to your shape or comfort level. It has really helped me improve my posture just within the week I've had it. The only down side is that it rubs the skin under my breasts and if the arm straps were wider and perhaps padded they wouldn't cut into my skin.
