I bought this model to replace the old extension cord that I have been using for many years and that finally died. I like this model for several reasons. 1) I love that it has so many outlets and love that they are placed in this configuration. With them facing outwards and two further along the edge, it seems easier to plug in a lot of things since no single device takes up more than one outlet. 2) I love that it has four USB adapters with dust caps. This means I can plug my cords straight into the power strip without additional wall adapters, freeing up some of the regular outlets for other things, and the dust caps keep unused USB sockets from overflowing. dust and debris. 3) I like that it has a flat plug to plug into an outlet. This means I can put my furniture right up against the wall and it won't get in the way. 4) I like that this is a Bestek product. I have purchased their products in the past and they always work with no problems.
