Simple and effective Good for window film

I did a lot of research to find this film. I found it to be of high quality and perfect for letting in light while still providing complete privacy. View than what I saw in the pictures. I was a little worried it wouldn't be enough coverage or pretty enough, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was really pretty and gave off more than enough light. I tested privacy in the evenings and mornings and was happy with the results with the lights on or off, with or without sunshine. I couldn't see in or out even though my face was very close to the film, but I could definitely tell if someone was at the window or not. I couldn't make out facial features or clothing color, but I could see the "figure". I didn't want to be unable to tell if someone was standing outside my window. Right? I would say this film is as effective as glass block windows. The film was easily cut with a knife and cutting board. I used only one criterion to keep my life in order. It's not thin, but thin enough to easily cut and thick enough to feel firm. The placement was forgiving and restarted slightly when I lost a hand. I used a small bottle of water mist to prep the window and used a small cloth to wipe the water off the edges while squeezing out the bubbles. The foil was elastic enough to fill in the gaps at the edges, but didn't lose its shape even after a lot of nagging. Don't forget to check the tube to find a rag, gauge and razor blade. I found mine at the end of work. Luckily I still had the tool handy. Our instruments are quite far in the whistle, but I was able to blow them out like I was spitting into a straw. My son loved this part. Good luck with your installation. I recommend using a large self-healing cutting board to cut the cling wrap. I bought a giant cutting mat that looks like plastic wrap that I can roll up. I found it at Bargain in a Box for $10. I'm sure Revane sells them too. :)
