Bad shoes. The film on the outside of the boot detached from the top of the boot after only 2 hours of light walking. Never seen anything like this. Should never have been sold. My granddaughter didn't wear them right away, so after 30 days. These shoes are faulty and I should have a full refund. Contact support.
