I bought a set of three small collars for a 16 lb dog, an 18 lb cat and a 7 lb cat. All collars worked and fit great for my animals of different sizes. None of my pets normally wear collars, so I used them on a recent flight so I could attach my phone number to my pets in case they somehow escape their kennels. My initial plan was to use permanent marker and write my number on each collar, but that didn't work so I used a small piece of paper and some tape and it worked great (the phone number is whitewashed in the photo). Although we only used pet collars for a day they have since become a tool for my little one to practice opening and closing clasps and she loves to play with them and they hold on with no problem!
