I've purchased the Seriously Soothing Cleansing Cream from other retailers in the past, but this time ordered off Walmart and it was definitely not the same formula. Consistency was different- almost watery, and the smell was very different. I still had the tube that had just run out, so I compared and even the verbiage on the front of the tube and the tone of pink was not the same. I contacted Walmart and requested a refund. Very disappointed. I don't normally purchase beauty products on Walmart but this experience will ensure I absolutely will not again.
