You get exactly what you see, and that's refreshing! The units look great and reasonably easy to install (better than most). The open ends make them look less bulky than bookshelves tend to look in a room. The material quality is better than most, a far cry above IKEA-type units, and the final look and feel would indicate they are more expensive. I bought two units, and there was a little shipping issue via FedEx (not surprised). The seller, LITTLE TREE, was amazingly responsive during the holidays and they kept me posted twice a day until the units arrived. Even then they wrote and asked me if I was pleased. Who does that? Yes, I would buy the units again and I would definitely buy from these sellers again. A+
