This is amazing! My partner and I just started using these shoes but so far we both love them! Yes, they hurt, but for me it's a really good way, similar to a deep tissue massage. This is definitely a therapeutic product not meant for walking. I wear them around the house when I do chores. I like that they are made of real stones. The hum of free-flowing qi lingers long after it's removed. Another review mentioned how great it was that they came with a reflexology chart. If you mean a tiny micro sticker of a reflexology chart, then you have amazing eyesight. So I was a little frustrated that there wasn't a decent size chart, but it's easy to find online.
