They ruined the hat by stuffing it in an envelope for mailing.
Great hat. Unfortunately the hat is bent in such a way that it cannot be worn. The brim of the hat has been folded in half and the front of the hat where the patch is located has also been folded in half. The hat is crooked on my girlfriend's head (was a gift for her) so she doesn't like wearing it. Why, WHY, did they just ball up the hat and put it in an envelope?
