A few years ago I replaced the muffler and tailpipes on my 1990 Chevy K2500 350 long cab pickup (141.5" wheelbase) and it fit perfectly. As another viewer noted, the picture is wrong and this muffler has a 3" inlet with two 2-1/4" outlets and I would also suggest using the Walker website to get the correct part number and then look for the best price I had to replace the engine because it was burning oil so I also replaced the transfer tube, torque converter and added an extension tube because the new torque converter was shorter than the one it replaced. They were all Walker (or Dynomax, also Walker called) tubes and they fit perfectly. Now I have to change the muffler again because it's full of oil soot but I used a clamp boot and it has the Z The wiper pipe at the muffler inlet was bent so badly that I had to cut it off at the muffler and fit a short extension with it Don't use compression clamps if you think you'll ever need to take them apart later... I used preformed stainless steel clamps to get through the pipes to go...like SmartParts 300300 and 320300.
