I bought these for my daughter last summer, she is now 8 and fits in her size toddler 13 just perfectly. she normally wears a size 1 or 2. She says they are her favorite, they look as pictured. They have a nice padding in the foot and I would love a pair in my size. My daughter tears through her shoes and these have held up well, though she did end up losing the bow on 1 foot, mind you shes been wearing these off and on for almost a year. I came to buy again and figured I'd write a review because we do love these!
