Definitely look into this solution as soon as you can because it really cuts down on time spent managing your contact list. We had been spending too much money on manual updates (updating lists in Mailchimp). This has reduced considerably! The integration with Zapier was also a huge bonus as it allowed me to easily connect some internal tools together without having to write custom integrations myself! The first thing I like about them is their customer service! They follow up with you every step of the way until your project is complete!! It's not easy to find people who care so much for what they do. Our website was neglected by our previous provider but we were able to get it back into shape in only 4 days. Their turnaround time really makes things go smoothly. We had no idea how important search engine optimization would be for us as an e-commerce business.
