3rd child: 2nd repeat order!

first let me say that i really love these things! However, this is for my 6 month old Christmas present so I can't speak to that exact order. Although I ordered this product for my other two children when they were about the same age. (The first was 4 months old and the second was 5 months old). So basically if they were old enough to try and keep "a few" and/or play regardless. These things are great, especially for those who prefer to buy toys for their little ones who aren't grown up after a few months. First, they creak when squeezed, and what kid doesn't love that? They are neither hard nor heavy, so ideal for babies. They are made from the same material as bath toys, so you can take them to the bath, pool, etc. (They float!) A small opening allows water to enter the block, so you can even shake the water out of them. (Note: if you allow your child to play with this in the water *as well as any bath toy with a hole*, try to pour out all excess water each time to prevent mold from growing in it. *Soak toys in water with a little bleach once per week can also help *) But since they're waterproof, that also means they won't be affected by saliva! Perfect again for a teething baby when of course it all goes in the mouth and drinking! Rschunimagu. But we can even go forward a few years. The animal prints and numbers on the side make them perfect for even bigger kids! For example, my 2.5 year old still loves it as he learns to recognize his numbers, animals, colors and pretty much everything he sees! (Note that I've added colors; great for teaching toddlers colors too!) I'll be going for a few more years. These are rubber blocks *with numbers*, all kids love to stack their toys. When she was 7 my daughter played with her too. Stack her up into pyramids by numbers or just use her imagination to see what she can build. So here it is at least 7 years of playtime (if you want) and gender neutral as my daughter and two sons now have their own set! Tons of different uses and can last for years. Great price, very durable product that will grow with your kids for years (:
