Does not work as stated
I saw the video and bought it for my Bernina 880 Plus. It worked correctly about 25 times, after which it was no longer recognized by my car. The company sent me a troubleshooting video that didn't work. Also, it takes an average of 10 business days for the company to respond to each question. The Bernina dealer has stated that they will not provide support for this product as it is not a Bernina product. Save your money!
