Review on PAFnow Process Mining by Scott Ward

The concept behind this tool allows us to get new insights into our current product mix, it's easy integration in other business area like Finance or Marketing can make your work easier (and faster).The price tag could be better as at time we struggle about how much are some features included when you buy the licence from them! Some times there needs improvements but mostly they listen what customers want - which is fair enough if I understand correct. Try using the demos first because most part requires knowledge that not everyone knows straight away.We use Pnows tools as an analytics tool for different products within our organisation including finance related questions etc. It has proved invaluable for understanding existing demand trends by comparing historical sales vs usage patterns against target / planned supply/ stock profiles. The best thing about this product that I like most, it's easy implementation in any business environment (internal or external). It can be used by non technical people as well! Nothing at all really dislike so far but if you have some experience using other similar products then maybe there could something new which would surprise us :) We are solving problems related mainly financial fraud detection - we use different types information from our customers such transaction history etc.,.
