The shoes are comfortable and very light. I'm trying them out as I have problems with my sesamoid leg. I try to reduce the pressure on the balls of my feet and more on the back to train better. Haven't tried training them yet, just dress them up to see how they are first. I walk a lot at work, more than 10,000 steps a day. I'm a very active person, I exercise 6 days a week hoping it will help my legs. The only thing I don't like so far is the laces, which have to be double knotted to keep the shoes tied. Otherwise you will stop all the time to bind them. In general, the shoes themselves are good, I hope to improve the condition of my feet. If I succeed, I will order another pair. Ladies 5 stars even if the laces are terrible it's not as much of a problem as the shoes themselves.
