Feels like a solid piece of steel billet and overall construction feels solid. Comes with screws that won't fit my G29 but it doesn't matter as the standard screws will fit. My biggest complaint is that other reviews/Q&A have claimed that this works with the G29, but as far as I can tell it won't clean up the red dial without creating some sort of gasket, grinding the adapter, or too remove the red button. Overall I'm a bit disappointed that I have to either order a different type of adapter or modify it to use it. So be careful, if you're looking for a G29 plug and play adapter, look elsewhere. Otherwise if you have a G25/G27 this seems like a decent option for the price.
