I got exactly what I paid for. I have no complaints about this product and have had it for about a month or less. Great design, the size is perfect for what I needed and wanted and it has a solid build. To be honest it might be a godsend to get consumers to buy this regardless of getting one that holds and shapes as it's supposed to. I followed the instructions and had no problems after that.
