love it. I've been working from home for 8 months and this sit/stand desk is very well made, well made and has taken a lot of strain off my back/neck. The assembly consisted of about 3 steps and is made of metal and a solid plate. Very basic, a bit limited on how much stuff you can put on it, but there is a docking station for my laptop (15"). This works very well with the mouse and the second monitor (not on the table) pushed up for me.I had the same idea to stand or sit,was a little larger than this but cost 4 times more than this.For the value it offers how durable it is (sometimes I lean on it) will it will stay with me for the foreseeable future. First I had to redo it. Not a big or complicated affair but a little annoying. Once set up it's easy to move around so no big deal Pros: Easy to set up Works well Suitable for Laptop, external mouse, docking station, power strip Can stand or sit Inexpensive Cons: Instructions could be better
